The Belly at 23 Weeks

IMG_7348

For all my complaining friends…. here is my belly shot finally!  At this moment I am 26 weeks pregnant.  This picture was taken 3 weeks ago so I was only 23 weeks here.  I swear it has doubled in size since then!

As my blog friends will recall I took lots more pictures of my belly when I was pregnant with Eli.  It’s funny how your second pregnancy is so much different than your first! There is no time for the little things when you spend your day chasing after a soon to be two year old! None the less, I am growing by the minute!

For those of you who do not know this we did find out what we are having.  Only this time we’ve decided to keep it a secret!  You can blame my pregnant Georgia girlfriends for this!  I have 3 friends who are currently pregnant- we are all due within weeks of each other.  I am the only one who found out what we are having.  There is no way I was going to tell them while I have to wait to find out what they are having.  If I have to wait then they have to also!  Whitney tries on a daily basis to get me to slip up and say something but it hasn’t happened yet.  She' swears it’s a girl and so does Laci.  I guess we’ll just have to wait and see.  All I know is I hope whatever I have Whitney has the same so that these two can be best buddies in the way that Harrison and Eli are!

Fall Fun!

You have to love this time of year! The weather is perfect and there are so many things to do outside.  October was so much fun this year.  We were busy every weekend making memories.  Isn’t that what life is all about?!

Eli and Harrison really are best of buddies.  I don’t know what we’d do without Whitney and Harrison! They are our family here in Georgia.  We are together ALL the time.

When the boys were 10 months old we went to the pumpkin patch with them in their Halloween costumes.  They were so sweet and would basically sit anywhere we placed them so they could pose for the perfect picture.  Look how cute they we’re…

lion and monkeyThis year they were 22 months old when we took them and it was a totally different experience!  They were running wild having a blast enjoying all the activities. It’s hard keeping up with two energetic little guys!

P two REALLY tired boys!

Two tired little guys needing a ride.

I really can’t believe how much kids grow so quickly.  It’s such a tug at the heart to leave a stage behind in time and yet feel so excited when they enter a new stage.

Eli had so much running around pretending he was a little farmer.

There just so happened to be a shovel lying around

waiting for farmer Eli to clean things up!

Playing in the corn barn with Tata! What a cool idea to fill this with corn so the kids could jump in it.  The boys would have stayed in here all day.  Of course Eli thought he needed to eat the stuff- gross!

Wearing Tata’s hat and sitting on his shoulder.  It wouldn’t be a day out and about if this hadn’t happened!

The Mamas and their boys.  Can’t tell that we are both expecting but we are! I can’t wait to see a picture of us next year with 2 big boys and 2 babies!
